A Charitable Trust set up to administer arts events in the Clare Valley in South Australia, events to be presented throughout South Australia and Nationally.

As a Charitable Trust, Valley Arts Trust has minimal administration and operating costs with all profits directed back to Arts and other charitable organizations in consultation with Country Arts South Australia.

A small committee oversees the scope of productions to be presented and the Trust is designed to become community run and owned.
